OneTruckPony,
Sounds like the first administration of BC Powder ought to take place outside, away from others, and others personnel belongings. If unable to do so, charge admission. Can't imagine how far one might make this "stuff" fly!!!!
Thanks for the information. Will check WallyWorld and other drugstores out here.

Seems like every #### street in every city is under construction right now. Oh and I never move my seat or steering wheel but when I have to take it into a shop and a 4' 10" mechanic totally screws up my mirrors, seat, and steering wheel I have to redo it all again lol.Onetruckpony and American-Trucker Thank this. -
I was having some serious back pain until I realized it was my old seat doing it to me. I replaced my seat with a very nice one and haven't had issues since.

Those muscles in your back are now being relaxed 24 hours day. Kind of like being in a hospital bed for a few weeks. After a two month stay once I had to learn to walk again. If you don't use your muscles they turn to jelly and any little thing you will now cause soreness because you don't use them. This is why daily exercise is very important out there. Your back muscles keep your spine in place and when it is weak is when your discs can slip out of place. When your discs slip or shift your back muscles spasm to keep them in place causing back pain.
I also recommend you drive with a small pillow or towel rolled up behind your lower back, this will help out a lot.
Be careful what you do from here on out because your back muscles are weak and it won't take very much at all to get back pain.
If you gain any kind of weight in the gutt area this also will put added strain on the lower back.
There are also several massage parlors along I-80!!! Some with happy ending!!!

I remember it felt like my right shoulder was broken for months...finally went away. shifting gave me bursitis or something. hope that is not next for you

One other fellow mentioned it, but it bears repeating....don't sit on your wallet. It really knocks things out of alignment. And the luckier you are on payday, the worse it will be to sit on it.
-
I didn't read the 4 pages of posts so sorry if I repeat it, but when I started out my posture was bad being hunched over driving. Now I sit with my back straight and after that its better but still aches after a long day. Check your posture and the way your sitting.
Onetruckpony Thanks this. -
I bought a gel pad to sit on while driving and that made a world of difference. Plus keeping pressure on your legs a little and taking weight off your bottom when driving over bumps helps a lot too. Don't let your back absorb the shock of the bumps in the road, let your legs do a little of the work.

My daughter is a physical therapist. To help with back pain roll a towel around a belt and then fasten to your seat where the pain is.it will apply pressure to your back
