Same way any other company man gets paid by a lease op. Whatever they work out between 'em. The L/O gets his truck payment made, and Moose gets paid. His trainer is on the decent side, and has shown Moose how to run profitably. He'll be out of pocket for a day or two, but after that, he's available if Moose has questions. Or, Moose knows where he can turn to for help if his trainer is still not in any shape to answer them.

Moose's L/O is going in for some pretty major surgery in the am, but we're all pretty sure he's too darned ornery to let it get him down for too long.

 

as a LO that had a guy run his truck (read about my ribs) do him right my guy who "knew" how to run took 9 days off then did not turn (scan) trips for 9 days put me up a creek but prime worked it out for me. drive the truck like you own it and it should be good for you both
