It is going to a broker... As far as planning extra time for an inspection... I have taken only 10 hour breaks exactly with and only 30 min each day for pee breaks and fuel... The planners made this a tough one to make on time... But I should make it monday late morning... Unless I hit traffic, road construction, a scale house etc... I'm going to call to see if I need the inspection tomorrow. I wouldn't think so, its going to a broker, but the Qualcomm says LiveUnload.
Benton is about 715 miles from the broker, so unless this trucks governor fails I'll be shutting down South of SanAnn.
Good night from...

I'm at the J in Franklin, IN on I-65, x-95, shut down for a 34. The tstops in Indy were jammed when I came through to drop my load so no museum trip this time. I need to do some serious house cleaning and there's a truck wash here plus I won't be able to spend money; there's nothing here.

Did you come up the 57 .. If so, you and I passed each other somewhere along the line ... Stateline T/S on US 67 in MO/AR border ... place has pretty decent food. 20oz ribeye with shrimp, salad and potato for $16.95.

I did and spent over an hour at <5mph in that construction zone where four lanes from two interstates narrow down to one lane. Mmmmm, steak...

Here in PHX, actually Goodyear at the hotel. Almost had some serious damage to the front end this afternoon. A pickup towing a trailer passed me. About 100 feet in front of me, the trailer blows a tire, takes off the fender on his trailer, about 5 foot by 1 foot. The wife, well, her heart skips a couple of beat. Luckily, the 2400lbs in the trailer allowed me to break hard and miss the fender in my lane. Now here for at least 2 nights. Will see what KW says in the morning.

Glad to hear it wasn't more serious Blsqueak, I think my heart would have skipped a few too. Hopefully you won't be down for too long and can get back on the road soon. Always enjoy reading about everyone's adventures and can't wait to get through school and get out there to begin my own.
Keep it safe and keep the wheels rollin -
Still on my 34 in Franklin, IN. Got a 1300 mile pplan to Harlingen, TX. Pick up tomorrow at 5pm but I'm going to try to get that moved earlier since I will be reset at 8am. Deliver at 6am on Friday.

Greer, SC....3rd time in a week I've been in the shop... You know things are bad when the write-up guy says "There's 50 trucks ahead of you, you might want to get routed somewhere else." Headed to Memphis in the morning.
