Who can I call for a new DM? Josh or just go to Russell?

I arrived at 0730. Nights changed appt to 0800. They told me on phone DM screwed me on this load, but they were able to fix it. I'm in door waiting for them to start on me.

 

Asking for new DM was pointless..

Planned to pick up in Fernandina Beach, FL and running overnight to Covington, GA. Planned after to pick up in Atlanta to run overnight tomorrow for delivery into Tampa. DM got an earful calling me three hrs into my break,which I ignored to have him call again six hrs in. I answered screaming "WHAT" and he was stunned. I said hard to sleep when you keep calling to tell me something that can be sent over Peoplenet. He apologized and hung up.

Supposed to have new DM lineup in two weeks. We'll see...

 

Just assigned to a new DM! Anj, tell your DM I said thanks for helping me out. She made it happen for me. Don't know what she said to Josh, but I owe her. Plus she recognized me on the phone right away.

What happened?

New DM has a bit to learn with how I drive. Expected though. Pick up in Atlanta, goes to Lakeland for live unload. My least favorite place... Publix. I'll have 2100 miles and still have Friday and Saturday to run. This might actually be a decent week.

What is process to get into another truck? Brand new Pete in Conyers that I tried to get. DM didn't know. Another driver pulls in, calls his DM, and got the truck just min after I called. That irked me, but whatever. Lol.
