I don't know how any other way I can explain this...but you Defintely exhibit behavior of an aggressive driver on the highway just based on all your comments..

 

I went through a construction zone today that had a 55mph speed limit with a minimum limit of 40mph. I did 40 through there because there were workers and state officers present. Also, this state requires you BOTH slow down AND move over when an emergency vehicle is on the shoulder.

If the minimum is 15 under the speed limit then your argument of impeding traffic is invalid. ESPECIALLY since the speed limit went back up to 65 after the construction zone and the minimum was still 40. So that's 25 under. Better call 911 and report DOT for posting unsafe speed limits...
