If you do all your billing through them theu are ok but the way I used them it didn't work out. I really didn't like the aggreement though, my wife had to sign the promosary note too. I was glad when they decided I wasn't a big enough customer.

One of the worst run companies I have ever dealt with. No collections. No customer service. No follow up. They cost me money.

Non-recourse?!? They are no different than any other factoring company that will use every resource they have to make sure it falls into a reason they don't have to cover it. And don't forget, you are in a year contract (good luck figuring out what date they use for renewing) and many accounts will pay everything to factoring company regardless of if you want to factor.

This is one reason I stick with companies and brokers who will quick pay me.
It is worth whatever discount I allow or they take to noty have to be bothered with an extra file to tend to"unpaid invoices". Now next year my business needs may change? If I get bigger I may do it some other way.
