Well after 30 phone calls today...I got absolutely nowhere lol...its just tough finding a decent company with less then a year exp...so it looks as if I am back to mcleod or usx...which is basically a coin flip in my book..but since mcleod says I'll be home every weekend and usx says they will try to get me home on the weekends I am prolly going with mcleod...I just need to go in with a positive attitude and hopefully it will be a good fit for me and my family...

well good luck. Also a note, the local companies WILL hire you with less than a years exp. I went to YRC with 8 months as well. Basically all they want to do is make sure you can handle it. -
Look into LTI. Their terminal is just across the river from St. Louis. Regional company running reefers. Out 5 days, home 2 days. They hire recent grads so you should no problem. I have friend that drives for them and loves it.
Good luck.Cash33 Thanks this. -
