Suggest industry related software?

    We use 2 external HD for backups. Just in case one of those fails.

    Believe me when I say they have paid for themselves. Many times over.

    windows itself comes with a built in backup feature.

    plug in any flash drive and you will see the pop up screen. course, you do need something bigger then a flash drive. but usb hard drives are cheap these days and pretty good sized.

    there's absolutely no need for 3rd party software anymore.

    Quickbooks Pro has had a trucking module since 2007. I buy a new version every year. Quicken does not.

    Check out Google Drive for backing up files. It creates a folder called "Google Drive" wherever you want on your computer and anything you put in it is automatically copied to the cloud. Which not only gives you a backup but makes it accessible from any computer you log in with your google account. Or to anyone you grant permission.
