3 State AGs threaten to sue FedEx over contractors

I am no legal guru either but there is a reason the state ag's are suing money they want more taxes the states are broke an don't want too make the cuts so go after whoever you can a fedex is a big easy target an as we see they caved

 

Yeah I seen the unemployement stats its a foolmans gold its called sesonal hiring happens about the sametime every yr. Not tryn too be a ######## just true, also the stats are not even close too being correct they are only counting half the factors they use to count

I am a o/o with 2 trucks. The law specifically states a company can only offer a driver loads. It can't specify routes dress codes or terminate based on refusal of a load.
