Well that's great flightwatch, glad ur still making it pretty good. We were brought over by a friend of our who was a solo driver. He has long since left but only becuz he had got one of the older internationals and pretty much out of the door it went down with probs with the regen. Talking about $4000 before he even had a chance to build maintenance account. They were very good about getting him a brand new truck at end of 90 days and he tried real hard to pay it down but was just too much. Ended up leaving.

Running solo will be tough but once you go team it'll be better. Overall it's a decent company and you'll be able to make money if you run your truck right. maximize mpg and utilize every bit of your elog. Allot of planning is required. feel free to email me at alanp613@gmail.com or you can find me on Facebook,Trouble11 Thanks this.

I see your a local Texan I am in Denton I am ready to run hard I have almost went broke running local intermodal I was driving a tanker in the oil field and did quite well but the oil field business is slowing down so I went intermodal . Can you tell me how long yu have been with the company and what are the best trucks to try and get I need plenty of room since I will be teaming and lots of storage and I prefer a 13 speed but I have learned to like the economy of the automatic do they have these options and how does the truck picking go thanks
-
Yup I'm in haslet. I've been here 6.5 years. The best truck to get for team would be the cascadia. Try to get one of the 2012 models. They only have the 10 speeds now. No automatic. Trutk picking is like herding sheep, the whole class runs out and grabs from what's available.
So I see you've done local intermodal, so in your opinion it don't pay good or something? Reason I ask is I've been looking to get into something local now that trucks paid off. Been offered by jb hunt and intermodal cartage. Their offers seem pretty good, that is if they r telling the truth. Any who good luck on your adventure and if have any advice on the inter modal it'd be greatly appreciated -
Well it might be ok if you own your own truck but most of the owner op trucks look like they came from Mexico if u get my drift . I work for the orange company not wanting to put out names or anything

-
