Teams really aren't worth it here...unless your husband and wife....every team I have talked to really are not getting the nice high miles teams get at other companies....I wouldn't do team with anyone other than my wife anywhere though cause the money just isn't there unless its husband wife...

 

I asked a recruiter about teams with my friend that also works here she said we don't have teams only super solo husband and wife and pay is .22 I think maybe lower. I asked a month or two ago

 

Roehl never knew how to run teams or they just didn't have the freight. While there my husband and I sat for days and when we did get loads it was short runs or saving loads a solo couldn't make. We left for greener pastures. I didn't think it would be long before they stopped running teams.
