What's going on Foodliner people?
How's things running at FL?
I have an offer to work for them out of Newark Delaware.
Any advice?

Well I'm taking the plunge for good or bad, sometimes you have to roll the dice.
I hauled foodgrade back in the day,so the learning curve should be positive.
I will report on how things go.
Job has a $1000/week guarantee, benefits look ok,401K with some match up to 8%.
I'm coming out of flatbed,so working hard isn't a problem.
Considered hauling hazmat, but not paying what it once did, plus the hassles aren't needed.
Soooo,I will try and jumpstart some life into this section.
Wish me luck! -
good luck keep us posted

Yes, i will like to know how they treating you too.
RookieJ1987 Thanks this. -
I start tomorrow driving for a fleet owner that pulls Foodliner tanks, and while some of his drivers are on the dedicated lanes, I will be a floater, and that means I will haul loads out of locations that need help. I will be dispatched out of Eddyville, IA, and home most weekends, so I will also give some weekly updates of loads so we can keep this section alive. I will mostly be hauling syrup, and every location has their own product.

Well changed my mind..Like always.
Staying with what I like(god help me)..flatbed.
YES,I have a few screws loose..but hey it's a great feeling standing on top of a high load you just tarped in high winds and rain.
Makes you feel something(insert smart comment here).
So hold the fort down foodgrade haulers, best of luck to you. -
