Yep, When I was working for them I always ignored that BS policy. I've never heard of anyone getting a wright up for it.

In reality it's not a bad idea for a new driver to not flash a guy over. Being inexperienced you could make a mistake and inadvertently cause an accident.

It takes about a week to read the Schneider company policy book, it must be a pretty secure job updating that thing.

 

Apparently no more so than those I signal over. The number of "thank you" marker light flashes are ever-diminishing. The other day, I flashed over at least a half-dozen trucks in the course of one stretch. Not one returned the "courtesy", as you call it. And it has been like that for some time now. So don't act all high and mighty because you feel that flashing someone over makes you more of a driver than another.

It works both ways.

Does flashing your left turn signal once or twice after completing the move back into the right lane count as a response ?
