You can do this without removing the trans, but try to unbolt the clutch from the flywheel and turn it 180 degrees and rebolt it! Maybe the clutch is slightly off balance. If you have a Solo clutch you will have to install caging bolts into it before you unbolt it.

Check all wheel bearings. With tires on torque to 60 foot lbs on drives, 45 on steers. You need that torque to hold up the weight of the drum, rim tire assembly. If they back them off 1/4 turn you'll already be to loose. Yes the mechanic will tell you your stupid. Also the steer tires create a gyroscope effect and at the speed you guys are talking about it can make the front tires shake as it overcomes the pull against the tie rod if your toe in is slightly off. If I remember correctly you would want to add another 1/32 to 1/16 inch toe in (about a 1/4 turn on the shaft)

Check to see if you have play in the slip joke behind the carrier bearing I had a problem like yours and I to was going crazy, changed alot of parts like you and it turned out to be the slip joke and the input shaft that slides into it.

Actually Phantom has a good point, but we found something slightly different on this one truck, the slip yoke was seized!

Have all the yokes been retightened?

Have you checked the u-bolts? They should all make the same sound. If one makes a "thud", that means it's loose.

Have you checked all the engine mounts behind the engine at the framerails?

    Are the bellhousing bolts tight?
