Unbelievalbe!! Wwhen I thought it couldn't get more ridiculous.....IT DID!!

I was driving down one of the busy expressways in the San Jose area and and the hood on the car right next to me suddenly flapped-up to the full open position.
I noticed it out of the corner of my eye and then did a double take...sure enough that sucker was wobbling back-and-forth in the wind. I put on the gas to get away from this guy, changed lanes, and headed to my exit.

I looked into my mirror to see how he was doing getting off to the expressway shoulder to evaluate his situation and ........he was still cruising down the expressway  going about 45 mph, bending over to peek over his dash and through the opening left by the open hood.

I didn't even try to figure out what he was thinking. Why waste the energy trying.

What scares me is that I know this is not the last of having "seen it all".
Anyone have any good "I can't beleive it moments" to share?

He could have been practicing for when he has a car load of TNT and needs to keep on track for his target.

He could have been trying to pull over, but hey, here is a novel thought, maybe the traffic wouldn't allow him to do so??

Or maybe he was checking his new fangled air brake system???

"That reminds me of that movie about the bus that had to keep it's speed above a certain speed. And if the speed dropped below that speed then the bomb would go off...

I think it was called The Bus That Could Not Slow Down."

    No, you are wrong.

It was called, "The bus that cannot slow down or stop cuz it'll freaking explode and kill everyone on board, and blood and guts will be strewn all across the area".

    Or

    "The bus"

I've seen a few drivers, always in CA, driving with a sun screen over the entire pass. side of the windshield.

Not sure if you were joking or not but the movie is called "Speed" with Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock.
