E-logs, slow trk and 20yr old dispatchers. I am fairly young so the dispatcher thing don't bother me. Other than that it's ok. I only want to quit every other day.lol as much smack as I talk this is my second time to work for em. I am out of Dallas. Not to bad. Just stand your ground on stuff.knight will freight train u right in over if u let em. Payroll is a pain sometimes, they fix it when you point ou there f-up. Only put your trk in shop on hOmetime.if its drivable keep on rolling, nece any quick fixes at knight shop. Daily pay is the best thing knight has. Good luck.

Jeff will give you a couple of free shirts and a hat. He is a very nice person. He will walk out in the yard with you to find your truck, if you're getting truck out of the dallas terminal.

Yes Jeff is the recruiter, but he will be with you all the way. As far as trucks, it's a mixed bag. There were quite a few volvo's when I was there , which it's been about a year. A lot of young guys running the place in dallas, and if you ever get to their terminal in tulsa, only a couple of very young guys there. Very small place.

Yea, they don't want you to go home anyway, they just assume you stay out and take time elswhere.

well its been almost three weeks and i'm looking for employment elsewhere, going on three trucks in two weeks and now iv been sitting on my rear for a week waiting on a new one from phoenix... first two were duds. i'm being jerked around, the truck was supposed to be delivered yesterday and i called to check and the truck is being used on a load to Georgia, so here i sit.

when i'm out the miles are good though..... over all i like the company but don't like this mess
