    Unloading in Fort Collins, Co. man Budweiser sucks they are so slow! Oh well could be worse I could be sitting at a stinking, mudhole JBS plant waiting for a load!

    Sorry to hear they took their time - Fort Collins has always been slow to unload and they are just as slow to load. Hopefully we will be pulling preloaded trailers out of there.

    Hope so get this after 6 hours I finally was allowed to talk to dock manager and he said I got lost in the system.I finally got a door at 1800, been here since 1050 .

    Well been so busy lately that I have been running out of hours in my 70 in about 5 days for the past 2 weeks. Here in Laredo TX right now got to deliver in the morning. Then I will have to sit as I will not have enough hours to take another load until tuesday. Hope everyone is as busy as I have been. Be safe out there.

    Is it me or do these planners think we still run paper logs? Got a 1400 miles run with 22 hours on my 70 to do it in. The 1400 miles are doing the short way it would be another 200 if I go the fast way.

    I tell them it isnt going to happen their way and if they want to give the load to someone else, so be it. For instance, I deliver at 0500 in Riverside in the a.m. The receiver says no parking so I have to come in on the clock. My pickup is at 1000 50 miles away, and disp has already advised me to be ready for a 4 hour delay there. So I told them that if that happens dont look for me to be in Portland on Wed at 0500...no reply yet...
