    And Women welcome to apply, start 40 cent/ mile if you know your #### and do a good job 50 cents per mile after 90 days,,,, no benifits other than good pay. 10 hrs on 10hrs off. Would Prefer driver from ne. co. wy. ut. id .mt nv. or. wa.

    I have a few questions for you if you'd be so kind...
    I am scheduled to start my CDL class at the Wichita Truck Driving School on 05/29 so I don't have a license yet but I have been leaning toward teaming up with an existing o/o and do my best to maximize my earning potential.

    when you say 50 cents per mile after 90 days is this a 1099 situation and are you taking, or are you requiring your other driver to share expenses?

    how many miles does a team normally cover in a one week period?

    how long have you been driving and what kind of rig do you operate?

    I really think I would prefer team driving over working for a big company and I'm just trying to feel things out at this point. I'm 42, a smoker, single, #### smart and a fast learner - especially when it concerns my wallet. Thanks for understanding and taking the time to respond.
