Not a Prime driver, but I want to give a shout out to one.

I was fueling today at the Pilot in Burbank, OH (I-71, exit 204). I had pulled in behind a Prime tanker yanker. Once he was finished, he pulled up and went inside.

A few minutes later, I'm just getting ready to finish fueling when he approaches me to ask if he could hold me up for two or three minutes. He needed to Transflow his paperwork so he could get paid, and apparently had forgotten it on his first trip inside. I told him to go right ahead, and thanked him for his courtesy in asking. I thought that showed real class.

He was true to his word, and by the time I did a little extra windshield scrubbing, he was back in his truck and on his way. Wish I had gotten his truck number, but it was a dark grey tractor.

Just a nice thing to see by a fellow driver!

FedEx in Houston was a live unload. Great, why did we bother to show up 2+ hours early. Took a break there because I didnt relish the idea of finding a spot at any of a number of local truckstops at 0100 in the morning.

We were already PP on a load of Bananas from Galveston for a mid day pickup.

Delmonte port was nice and quick, TWIC was required however there was no "port entrance fee" that soo many East coast ports slap you with.

Sitting in Cheyenne, delivery is early tomorrow morning however we just got a PP and instructions to give up our load for an empty so we can boogie to NE for a meat load pickup going to IL.

I guess some solo is going to sit on our load for 12 hours and deliver it. ####, I had been in a deep sleep for about 2 hours and it took me 45 minutes to even comprehend what was going on,

Glade Springs VA at the Petro. They had southbound 81 shut down for blasting today... a really long delay getting off the highway, and slow detour. Four-wheelers jumping in front of trucks at the top of a stiff grade - had everyone starting up from a dead stop on the way up... over and over and over.
