I have been using the Blue Parrot B250-XT for quite a while, first with my previous phone and ever since I picked up an iPhone 4. No problems.
-
I've been using the Blue Parrot B250-XT with an old Sprint phone with no problem.
Now I upgraded to an HTC Evo and the phone says there's a problem. It recognizes the device but won't pair up. I'm thinking there's a compatibility issue.
Has anyone else encountered this?
I guess these smart phones are just to smart for me. -
I have the HTC evo as well, but I've never had issues with the phone not connecting to the device but I have had times where it'll connect, but the audio of the call still comes out the phones speaker. Yankin the battery out corrects the issue. Also, it seems like this is triggered whenever I make I call first, then connect to the headset...... As long as I connect to the hheadset first, then make the call, I don't have this problem. -
It does not work with my new Iphone 4s. I can hear fine but the recipient can't hear me clearly. Went to the Apple store and tried a new phone...same problem there.

I have an I Phone 4S 5.0.1 and Jawbone2:
jawbone worked fine with blackberry BEFORE IPhone: then people I am talking to begin to tell me I was fading in and out...it was gradual in my case...got worse so I went through the steps...deleted bluetooth from phone DO NOT DO THIS!!! now it is worse...my end now, I hear static, their end, I fade in and out. But hey I know why it is happening!
The update they did....didn't work...if you notice you also have to charge your battery alot too....
OH AND THERE IS AN UPDATE!
Let's see if it works...forums don't look good I think I am going to wait, see what everyone else says about this update that is suppossed to fix all this.
I have read where people said when they downgraded the 5.0.1 update it fixed the bluetooth problem and the charging problem.
YES it is a problem, a software glich with the 5.0.1 OS
it is not your bluetooth or your phone, wait for for the update which just now came out today, but I would wait....personally. Sit back read what others say, as in ahhhh this don't work, that don't work, which is already happening......a good forum:

I have a iPhone 4s and the B250-xt works fine with it. In the past two months there have been one or two times it didn't connect right. Turning the headset off and plugging into the charger a minute, it worked on the second try. I have had the same issue once in a while with other headsets and earlier iPhones. None of them will work perfectly every time. It also helps to restart your phone every week or two if it's on 24/7.
There were a number of issues with the upgrade to iOS 4 a couple years ago. Apple used the newest Bluetooth spec and it wasn't working well with other devices available at the time. Since one of the last incremental versions of 4 and now iOS 5 I haven't had hardly any trouble with bluetooth connections on the iPhone 4 and 4s. -
I have the iPhone 4S as well, Matched it with the Bose series 2 bluetooth and it was well worth the money.. The range I get from the phone itself is around 15-20 feet away from it my best guess.. It's a bit pricey, But I wouldn't go without it again.
