D & R LOGISTICS are using truckers to run racketeering business

if they do what they doing without thinking in the gray bar hotel like you say ,somebody has to do something and take the first step i know drivers that have eviction notice and children in home and those mf dont pay to him,this is wrong man to wrong

 

You're correct formertaxidriver. This thread is getting out of hand with all the racial commenting. Some of you are crossing the line with the slang and name calling. Some are borderline. Occasionally a thread slips through moderation.

I just deleted all comments relating to race. Though you might see patterns and don't agree with certain things doesn't mean everyone is like that. Many members here come from different ethnic backgrounds.

To keep everything on a even playing field and not step on the wrong toes we just ain't going there. Let's keep the thread on track.

I agree Condo. I fully believe in freedom of speech, but when vile comments cross into hate speech, i draw the line. look, regardless of race or ethnicity, the individual is responsible for their own behavior. it's not fair to vilify a group of people for the actions of a few...

D&R Logistics is a company run by russians who rip off thier drivers,they fail to pay the men on time then make excuses ranging from accountant issues or lack of funds like thier waiting for another driver to deliver his load in order to pay another driver this company is far from legit in thier bussiness practice my brother inlaw was robbed of over 7 thousand dollars in back pay from this company because they fail to maintain thier trucks in good working order any breakdowns and repairs are pulled from the drivers pay also when loads are late due to mechanical breakdowns of thier rundown trucks the driver are back charged for ovewr due frieght if you or anyone you know works for or is planning to work for this company beware if you are an ex driver of D&R Logistics please contact this e mail address to ban together for law suit to collect your wages stop D and R at yahoo. com

Have you ever tried a judgement recovery service or skip trace service? They work on contingency and only get paid if they recover money for you. They usually charge 50% but that's still better than nothing.

Do you have your load info with signed receipts of the BOL, daily logs, rate quote if needed, fuel reciepts,weight/scale receipts, other expense report, cash advance report and un-reimbursable expenses report?

Now you can contact the DOT and file a complaint, a trip to small claims, wait for the classic letter claiming the company has closed and filed for bankrupt protection under chapter 11. You'll need to wait ....until the courts decide what percentage ?? who knows... that you will receive after the bank and other creditors get their cut.

Basically you have the burden to prove they owe you for earned wages based on the mutual agreement that I hope you have documented and signed copies of.
