Panther will give you a physical at orientation regardless of you possessing a valid one or not. If your BP is normal and you can pass a urine test you should be good to go.

i was out two weeks then home for one ....you can broker your own load if on the way home and on the way out ......from ks had regular outbound freight to tx and would dh myself to laredo (that load paid me more than panthers rate:)} usually not too hard to find a way home off getloaded had a few brokers i worked with on that issue but was not too keen on the planers or dispatchers at panther not my favorite place to work as a solo driver

My guess is we end up like Landstar. I do not want to be turned into a "local/mini" ###### just because I'm solo. I am willing to take a "wait n see stance" as Panthers M.O. might not change. If it does, I have plenty of options AND an owner that is willing to consider these options. It's too soon to tell...

My mileage has dropped 60% in the last 3 weeks. Coincidence? Not sure but if your considering Panther you might want to wait for more feedback on the ABF / Panther partnership.
