1500 watts max. Supposedly USX shop will install for you if you buy one.
MichiganOutLaw Thanks this. -
I believe it's 1750 watts and the terminals have to be isolated and not the plastic screw knob type. They have to install it, but installation is free.

Could be 1500 watts. that's what I have.
MichiganOutLaw Thanks this. -
I just did a quick search through previous posts on this forum, 1750 seems to be what the others are saying. I couldn't find anything on the USX website.
I thought it was 1500, but I'll ask at orientation tomorrow and post...MichiganOutLaw Thanks this. -
OK, here's the skinny on the power inverters:
1750 watt max.
Must have a factory mounting bracket attached to it.
Power studs must be 4 inches apart or be in a configuration that the wiring could never accidentally touch together.
Must be installed and mounted by a USX shop, which they will do for free.
Do not buy your own wiring harness for it, USX provides one with a low voltage cut-off built in to keep your batteries from dying.ATL-1, MichiganOutLaw and NoCoCraig Thank this. -
Great post Jeremy. That is exactly the policy
MichiganOutLaw Thanks this. -
That's a very generous policy, Thank You
That's plenty of power for my smoothie blender. -
Also don't forget no plastic knobs. The terminals have to have an actual screw. They said it was because the knobs never stay tightened.
ATL-1 Thanks this.
