Is there still a sign on bonus for teams? And they pay back tuition on top of that?
I will be done with school in a month and have a prehire from USX, and I
am looking for a non smoking team partner who wants to run hard and lives near Atlanta.

 

Yes, last I heard it was $2500 per partner. They did mention tuition reimbursement in orientation but I don't know the details.

 

If I remember correctly tuition reimbursement is 150 a month, and as for a sign on bonus, newbies are not open for that.

New teams (even students) get a $5,000 sign on bonus split $2,500 each. It is paid out $500 the first month, $500 after six months, $750 after third quarter and $750 after a year.

 

Gee Craig, sorry that I am not on the Front Office Mailing list like you are, and that I never got the extra hidden bonus for being a professional corporate ##### kisser either.

 

LOL, yes that hidden, super secret bonus that is listed on the web site ( http://www.usxjobs.com/pay-benefits-team/ ) is on all of the advertising and all of the literature. I am pretty sure if you say the secret word, a recruiter might talk to you about it also.

I think you get on the front office mailing list after four weeks. Since you only made it three I guess you were not included.
