Follow the thinner line off the a/c pump. It will be the first sensor from there. Put a thin cotter pin in the plug and wait up to three minutes. If the fan shuts off, it's the sensor.

    Bill43452 Thanks this.

ok, replaced A/C High Pressure switch and high pressure sensor. Turned on truck and the fan spins but you can hear air getting to it. When you shut the truck off I hear a chirp out of the sensor and hear a leak (puff) of air off the fan hub and fan stops. should air come out of the fan hub?

no. but when you turn the key off wait 15 seconds and you will here a puff of air, then the fan will lock in when the system is functioning normally.

No, You should never have air leaking from the fan hub. Your fan hub is air release and the leak is causing the fan to stay engaged. You can kit or replace the fan hub.

often u can turn the seal over and it will fix it, or install a new kit
