blue smoke on start up

    When i start the engine when sits overnight no smoke at all when you run it get it to operating temp and shut it down let it sit for 10-15 min and restart it will let go a little light bluish smoke any ideas 06 mxs cat acert could it be the iva selinoids acting up it runs fine no oil consumption or coolant

    sounds like an injector is dribling some. iva's wont cause that. another thing it could be is the top turbo might have some oil leaking into the exhaust causing the smoke but i doubt it.

    It's normal. Every C13 pre 2007 does it. They have a very distinct exhaust. I wouldn't worry about it. Your chasing your tail.
