Not 100% sure, but 99% sure they are now made in the east as is most everything else

Mickeyrat, if you've not found a radio yet, I recommend a Cobra 25 or a Uniden PC 68. I also recommend you shop around, maybe check out Craigslist or some garage sales with CB gear for sale. I say this because I have purchased good working Cobra CB radios with all 40 channels for under $20. The said radios i found for under 20 bones worked fine and had nothing wrong with them.

Can you guess where that Shure mic came from?

O BOY I'm scared to ask

I do have one now. Cobra 29 that one with the 4 color display.
Issue now is switching trucks every 9 days. One of the trucks , I dont think the stock antennae are any good. Suppose I can just go through the process of bending the whips til they break from the mount and the shop will replace no problem.
Would really prefer to get my own complete set up that I can easily transfer from truck to truck as needed. I run a 6 on 3 off schedule. Switching between 2 trucks with 2 other drivers.
