    oh really?Guess it depends on the officers and state.Ahile back I was tossing wrappers out that was on the floor because it was bothering the heck out of me and didnt have a sack in th trk to toss it,a cop was behind me the longest time and never did anything.I heard it was'nt against the law from a trucking instructor.
