Yes.
A PSP shows all inspections a prospective employee has had in the previous 36 months and any DOT reportable crashes for 60 months. So if you have 4 or 5 good or clean inspections and 1 or two with a clearance light, or loose fire extinguisher it will show you in general have a decent record.
As for a carrier all inspections are figured into their peer group percentile ranking so clean inspections help as well.

The warning I got could have a big impact on my driving history.. I for sure had my head stuck up my butt this early morning. I for the most of the time run between 3-4 mph over the posted speed limit and never had a problem but I had my head eleswhere on this day and didn't notice the speed limit drop from 65 mph to 55 mph and the sad part is as many times that I've been thru there I knew it changed but the light never came on in my head!!! Going east on 1-40 one mile before the TN line coming over the bridge there he sat 70 in a 55.. NOT GOOD! Get away with this one the #### auto pilot control with be on 99% of the time from now on. If what he told me is true I'll be good but if it's not correct I'll greet you at the door at WALMARTS!!
