Runs like a top until you really call for a lot of fuel.....mostly over 1500 RPM. Truck acts just like a plugged fuel filter but it's not.
Also, it is directly related to ambient temp., when the temp. outside is less than 60 deg. it never bothers. Once it gets above 60 it starts to bother and the warmer the temp. gets the worse it does it. I made a baro. bypass wire but it didn't fix it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.....Thanks.

What year engine and how many miles? Has anything ever been done to the engine? I am guessing it is EGR motor.
My first thought would be o-ring on injector or possible injector. Could be a bad fuel line as well. -
Thank you.
Its a 2004 14L EGR with about 900,000 on it. Not sure what has been done to it before I owned .
Im thinking air temp is key to my issue somehow -
Restricted cac comes to mind for me first.

Floyd, A 900,000 mile truck without a solid maintenance record.........Hummmmmm. Not the wisest choice. Search hard for a shop that will not rape you and hope for the best. IMHO. Good luck.

Thanks gents.....
Cac is a good thought. -
Anyone else have any thoughts or ever had a similar problem with their EGR 60 series?
Thanks.
