I checked and traced 300, 300r, 593b no shortage all wires look fine
Is there a relay because I could find one -
what is the voltage on wire 300?
-
i put back staff in cab didn't have time to put staff back by engine
what voltage i need to have on 300 and 592b
and can i run power manually from battery that i can cotrol with switch
do i need 12v to supply to solenoid all time or only when i need to fan on
if i don't find problem at least i can have manual switch as back-up
that way i can go back to work
Thanks for you help -
12 V on wire 300 when ignition is on. Negative wire is ECM controlled. Look at the diagram ono more time. More info you need
-
Hi
I checked wires and for some reason 300R has 4.6volt on at
Would you know what is problem and I try diagram and I can see that go to fire wall after that I do not know where It's goes -
4.6-5V is the test voltage from ECM
300R - ECM wire, 300 and 592 are Valve 12V power supply. No 12V power on wire 300 - fan wont shutting off!
Do not apply 12V on 300R wire directly, trought solenoid only (40-60 OHM), it may damage ECM. -
When truck is running I have 4.6 on 300r and 12 on 300
But when truck is not running I have 0 on 300r and 12 on 300 with key in turn on
And 4.6 on 300r stays on all time -
it is normal. so you have no solenoid problem
did you fix J1939 issues? -
I find that white wire on fire wall connector was caming up when you turn connector to closed
I instilled this is 4 solenoid and this one I can't connect to ecu because it will shortage
Like every before
