Wouldn't you be tired with sleep apnea? I'm usually not tired enough to sleep.:biggrin_2556:

Some people only require a few hours of sleep. My hubby used to run on 5-6 hours of sleep all the time, couldn't sleep any longer. I think that its just your own personal needs as to when you wake up.

But if you are worried about apnea, you can simply ask your doctor. He will know, more than likely if you have it by asking a few questions.

Not really, I've never taken a nap a day in my life.

That's the problem I had when i was doing the nightime linehaul thing, that is if it got too late in the morning before I went to bed.

If I can't fall asleep before daylight I usually give it up. By night I'm still restless and can't sleep till late. But then I might actually sleep more than 5 hours.:biggrin_25520:
