TruckersReport is currently running on vBulletin 3 forum software, which is outdated and is no longer supported by the developers. vBulletin 4 came out two years ago with loads of bugs, but it has steadily improved into a superior product, and it's time for us to update.
The good/bad news is that vbulletin 3 forum templates aren't compatible with vbulletin 4. We've been developing a replacement that is a lot easier on the eyes, though I'm sure that the change will seem jarring to members after having used the same design for so long. I'd encourage everyone to keep an open mind about the updates, and I'll keep an open set of ears to listen to adjustment requests.
In order to implement the update, the forum will go offline on Tuesday morning, but it is expected to be back online by Tuesday evening.
Major bug fixes by server admin AnthonyG in the past few hours:
1. Added the remember me box, tested and confirmed working.
2. Search is up and running w/ sphinx.
3. Avatars in blogs fixed.

Swell. Just swell.
No cable TV (cable downed by a branch during a storm...repairs sometime today)...gotta wait for installers to come put in a new entry door at the house (changed their appt. from this morning to late this afternoon)....now THIS!
