Important: Forum Update Tuesday

I totally get that one....we just don't have a clue.....LOL

 

I hope that you are not saying that you might be doing away with the blogs all together. I put all important dates for my hubby's short career with Maverick in one of my blogs and have important dates about the cats in my other blog. I would need to know about 2 days prior to the blogs on here going bye-bye so that I can transfer them elsewhere before they do. I do not have that info anywhere else and they are why I still hang around TTR and no other forums (other than a group on Facebook) for truckers and their significant others.

 

Well, in MY case, Windows was not even dreamed of during the time that I was in college. It was about another 5 years after I GRADUATED college before I even heard of Windows 3.0. I even had to help type up a team project in DOS 2.0 until the 4 guys in my team decided that it was best for the girl to use a TYPEWRITER (they were RIGHT!) Oh, and that was for our final senior electrical engineering project. Have you ever tried to type up and edit a term paper in DOS ANYTHING - not extremely easy, best known as you must type everything correctly because there is NO editting!

 

I think you meant the "User CP" button, took me a LONG time to figure out the "CPU" button you were talking about, then I went to the forum I moderate and figured out what you meant because it was on there LOL

 

I can live with that with no problem because I never could get the hang of using that link for them so if I wanted to see if someone had a blog, I just clicked on their name and looked at their profile to see if they did.

HMMMM, I cannot find the "Thank" button under your post, bullhaulerswife, but did manage to Thank another post in this thread.

 

Was this "change" a result of LaHood or Nichols?......
