If they are sold as " 10 meter radios " they do not fall under the FCC CB rules .... AND there is no certification for HAM radios ( YET )

Now to be sold as a CB radio several rules they must meet include ....

95.655 Frequency capability.

(a) No transmitter will be certificated for use in the CB service if it
is equipped with a frequency capability not listed in § 95.625

(Transmitters with frequency capability for the Amateur Radio Services and Military Affiliate Radio System will not be certificated.) THIS IS WHY EXPORT RADIOS ARE ILLEGAL

95.667 CB transmitter power.

The dissipation rating of all the semiconductors or electron tubes which supply RF power to the antenna terminals of each CB transmitter must not exceed 10 W. For semiconductors ( to keep you from peaking the radio up )

As a CB user you do not need a license YOUR LICENSE is because you are using certified radios ... UNLIKE Ham radios which you must have your OWN license to use.

ALSO it is illegal to sell aluminum base station antennas for CB they must meet the 14,500 volt safety spect so they are sold as " 10 meter antennas "

Right and just as soon as the DOJ closes the border and stops mexican drug gangs from robbing and shooting people here, as well as stops blocking states with suits who were only trying to stop fraudulent voting in elections, I will worry about people offending you in your mere hobby. I'm living on much less money in Arkansas because after 30 years in Arizona I was sick of the crime and violence. More multiplevoting, dead, and illegal people will vote in the next election than citizens. Afterwords those still among the living will be back out for the usual mayhem that they normally create after they get their welfare check and realize it's too little money for their drug habit (I expect little trouble from the dead voters like the 36,000 just discovered in Florida for example). After all that is stopped then we can worry about CB rules. I assume the endless bashing and harping about CB laws means politics is allowed in this forum. If not then why is nothing ever said about the nonstop ragging of outlaw CB'ers?
