Just a few updates, Sam, might want to refer everyone back to the first post for fixes that have been done.

    1. Added the remember me box, tested and confirmed working.
    2. Search is up and running w/ sphinx.
    3. Avatars in blogs fixed.

The new format is awkward to navigate.

C'mon Tony (Anthony) for those of us with cataracts, can we dim it a bit? Either I have cataracts or I'm turning into a Gremlin...Which would be VERY cool..:biggrin_255:

WOW!!!! I guess you have to watch what you post about the new format evidently the administrators don't like negative feed back. I thought this was America. I didn't realize the form moved to a communist state

Admin/BHW....look at this page...Anthony posted 17 minutes back (at the time of this post), bumpy quotes him and the quoted post pops in right under the older post, anthony responds with quoted response, it comes in right below...but G/MAN made a post after Anthony's first post...now it is older but the other two quoted responses get placed between the two non-quoted posts.

    Is this a glitch?

If the poster is quoting/responding, the reference is already contained in the post, so it's location on thread would not need to be directly below the quoted post.....did I confuse you?

I'm not sure what you're talking about. I'm listening to negative feedback about the template, but fixing actual bugs is the higher priority at the moment.

What does the format that you are looking at look like? Do you see a box of threaded posts followed by 1 full post or what are you seeing? I found that if I go to the top of the page while looking at a thread and click on "Display" then click on "Switch to Linear Mode" that the threads look like they did on the old format of the forum.

As to the screen being very bright. I just turned down the contrast on my computers monitor. Seems to have worked well for me, without having too many negative affects on other sites that I visit.
