Also,the scale houses in Fla on the Interstates have plenty of overnight parking,many times these are nearly empty.They have some rather good rest room facilities as well.
There is a newly renevated scale house on I 4 just east of Tampa,and I know one north of Daytona on I95

 

If you're in Orlando, you can head west about 30 miles to Polk city, they have 2 truck stops there. Keep going for another mile and there's a rest area. You could also check any of the local walmart's, home depots, lowes, etc. I see people parking at walmart all the time. Just make sure not to leave your pee jug, or any trash in the parking lot - those people ruin it for the rest of us and cause businesses to ban trucks from parking!

 

come park by my house downtown...we have a street thats always empty. It is where i park when i come home.
