Unbelievable.. fact is NOT all directions are updated .. Simple. No one can say they are ALL updated and no one can say they are NEVER updated. But since many of us see that they dont always get updated, no one can say they always do.

Supertrucker says they can, he knows best. I sure wouldn't want to be on his truck as a student. Someone would be riding on the steps and rail holding on outside He would look like the last guy on the back of the train..

Three words to help you compare and verify the often substandard directions:

    Gee Pee Ess

And the almighty atlas, of course.

half the time the problem is, the address itself is not correct
they put down some address that the company just made up outta thin air or someone else did... which is what caused my rant the other night lol. after like an hour of googling and looking on google maps and mapquest I found the location on another street, no where near the street that it was listed under. its like saying hey we want you to go to brooks terminal, and sending me Mays po box address. that gee pee ess is gonna say get the #### outta here!

Many times their physical address is not the same as the location of the truck entrance.

You have to be dilligent about getting to your destination. Use your atlas, get a gps, and compare both of those to the directions that May provides. Even armed with those tools, you may still have to call and ask someone for proper directions to the truck entrance.... I have several times.

Unless you know the area well, you are liable to get yourself lost just flathatting around some #### town based on the directions in the Quallcomm. Screw getting lost in a semi truck with a '53 footer.

yeah that part is easy if its just that the address itself is on one side of the warehouse, and the actual entrance is around the block, either way when I mapquest or google and go to satellite view I can still see the warehouse, its when the street I am given doesn't even exist that was frustrating me. the address was like 1 Old station road... you know where they got the name old station? the freaking bridge you cross if you are coming from the east, if you are coming from the west then you dont even cross the bridge, then you get onto like route 2 or something and turn onto warehouse drive, which they basically own cause as soon as you turn onto it their guard shack is there. and making it even worse was that there WAS a street called old station, a few miles away. so there was no possible way to verify anything since they could have just told me to go to sesame street and I would have come up with the same results, i just ended up calling the shipper and the automated system gave me the directions

Best investment I made was a Rand McNally TND510 GPS. It has helped me several times.
