1 year experience and now he's a safety director? Anyone else see something wrong here?

 

It's the same with every company, the person who is the least safe is the Safety Director, the person who cannot do the job becomes the instructer, etc, etc.

 

I would love to know how you counted your time with Stevens, my calendar had 12 months/52 weeks/365 days. Your post from 9/04/11 stated that you were on the yard waiting for another trainer after being out for 32 days, which puts you starting with your initial trainer about the 3rd of August. This is just May, leaving you a few months short of that year.

 

Which would have him starting some time in late June or early July. He's short a month or 2, but I'm sure you've never exaggerated about anything. I'm not gonna stand by while the Steven's clique gangs up on yet another person like you did to me and you are now doing to nascarchuck. This isn't the Aviary, and people aren't so willing to drink your koolaid out here.

 

But like you he also is NOT telling the truth. He did not work a year as an alliance driver and only make $1600. That is a lie based upon his previous posts. So yes we will call him on it, just as we did you. Post the truth, and I will be helpful, lie or exagerate or distort and I will calll you on it.

 

I didn't lie, and when I pointed that out to you all with facts and previous posts, you all resorted to calling me names and twisting my words. When I provided proof, you brushed it off as inconsequential. Should I bring up my time with Alliance? How about the 6..count them...Six Certified letters that I have received from Stevens since I quit 2 months ago threatening to ruin my credit and take me to court if I didn't pay them their money (which I have been doing already.) I'm not here to dig up #### that has been buried...heaven forbid dujo and his ####### rhetoric comes in here...I'm also not going to stand by while you all gang up on somebody.

A quick trip into the aviary recently would scare off anybody with a shred of common sense. Lost loads, sitting for days on end...etc. Stevens is losing it, yet you guys keep sticking up for them like they are the best trucking outfit in the World. Anybody with the slightest hint of an opposing view is called names, degraded, and run out of the aviary. Hell, I'm surprised you all venture out of there. I figured you all would be happy staying in there where you can hold hands and sing kumbaya without opposition.

 

Just like when you posted a statement for 2 weeks with no truck payments to back your claim of over $1000 per week. A distortion and a lie. Post the truth like we do about the loads and what is actually happening and you will find agreement and support. Yes stevens is going to come after you for breaking your commitments. And they will collect the money you agreed to pay when you started. That is good business, collect the debt owed by those who did not owner their legal commitment. Opose away, but with the truth, not lies exageration and distortions.

 

See it's sad, but you are going to believe what you want to believe...proven with your opinion about my pay settlement being for 2 weeks. That was 1 week. It was also not exaggerated or distorted. People in the aviary attempted to berate me by saying that I was lying about my pay. There was no stipulation about truck payments, but if you'd like, I can post up last weeks settlement of over $1300 net that includes a truck payment. I posted up a settlement, and you all said that I was "cherry picking" statements. The bottom line is that it wouldn't matter if I posted 10 statements in a row that showed me netting over $1000. You guys would just say that I stole them from somebody else.

Like I said before; you all believe what you want to believe with complete disregard to fact...which is fine. Your world...not mine.

 

How could your statements show you making $1300 net multiple times when you have stated at JCT that your truck has been in the shop multiple times??? Things just don't add up, like your confision over your THREE incidents when you kept claiming only 2.
