Doesn't the truck run better when tires are not on fire?

Never fails. Huge snag. I repowered an owner op. He left trailer at NFI warehouse and grabbed another load. He never left the bol for this load. Dm calls last night and he said he was at home and the company has to wait until he is back from his home tie for he wasn't going to his truck to get them. I take trailer to truck stop and go on break since the waiting game left me with just over two hrs. Now I get up, called dm, she contacts csr who contacts driver, no bol. Driver said he is too busy to fax the bills. He will del his load in Kissimmee and will drop off the bol there. That doesn't do me any good... So I just told dm I'm going to buy a blank bol, fill it out, and I'm going to Lakeland. I'm not sitting in truck stop and waiting for bol all day. That's ridiculous! Why do we employ drivers like this. Owner op or not, he needs to go.

My preplan will go out the window here soon because of this nonsense. I can understand making a mistake, but don't screw the driver behind you because you're not happy with what you're doing.

Are the tires on fire or the bearings from all that rotating? I guess that explains that leak you had on your drive axle. Running that poor Pete too hard at them slow speeds. Lol.

    Me too.

Finally got bol faxed to me so I can deliver. Other driver had them and refused to fax them to me because it costs too much. What?! If he did what he was supposed to do then he wouldn't have needed to pay to have them faxed. Some people...

I'll deliver load, go home for the night, then I'll go to Lakeland for truck repair of wire to A/C clutch, then to Tampa for load that delivers in Austell,, GA. It will deliver Sunday morning.

I saw a Link advertisement today. They are looking for local, sw se regional, and otr fleet drivers. That is the first otr ad I've seen for Link.

Well, I'm moving into another truck. It's an older truck, but it beats waiting another week for this one to get repaired, again. It's supposed to run better, but I'll soon find out.

I heard through a weekend dispatcher that drivers are quitting Link left and right. Too many drivers are calling John Simone complaining about dispatchers and how the way there running drivers. There giving drivers load knowing that they don't have the hours to complete loads. Awww man he was rambling on. You could hear the frustration in his voice.

Well i know for a fact that they running us as if we on paper logs. I live in Florida and I had to take a 34-hr reset twice at a truckstop in Florida and not at my house when John Simone said to me when he called me to welcome me to the company that he believes and want drivers to take their 34 at home and not at a truckstop.

LinkAmerica is jumping up and down over Davis Transfer when they need to concerned about their own dirty laundry..
