Transflo Mobile -Roehl

Unfortunately, it doesn't seem that Roehl has enabled TransFlo Now. This doesn't work. If I'm doing something wrong, please let me know, but I put in ROEV and it says that fleet isn't enabled for TransFlo Now services. It would have been great if it had been enabled.

i don't have a scanner in the truck, unfortunately. i'll let you know as soon as i do.

i detest having to buy my paycheck if i'm parked somewhere that doesn't have a transflo. i was in canada once on a reset and had to fax in $22.00 worth of paper in order to get paid that week.

 

Dorset i did that too. Then turned in the reciept for the fax. I was reimbursed, but don't know if they meant to do it. Lol
i hope i can get a scanner and just email them the paperwork. As long as it a tif. File they will accept it. Heck they took mine when i emailed them a pic of it. They said i could not do that all the time tho. More work for the payroll person.

 

I downloaded drive axel from the android market along with a program called files anywhere...I use drive axel to build a PDF of the bills and email them to myself and then I use files anywhere to fax them to Marshfield...works like a charm...

 

you're taking a photograph of the bills and then uploading?

 

yup basically...it looks like a fax..doesn't look like a photo...seems to work.. supposedly there is an email to send bills to...but I can't find it anywhere...and my FM has no idea what it is...I suppose I could ask payroll...lol

 

if they'll take it, that's all we need.

 

Scanning from the truck would be sweet,, that's for sure. Hopefully it's on the horizon.
