If this color scheme is your idea of easier on the eyes then your eyes are VERY different from mine. I find this color scheme very uncomfortable to read. The format changes (size/placement of buttons and such) are fine, I can deal with all that and have no complaints about it. But as it is right now, I'm going to check in from time to time to see if the color scheme changes to something easier on MY eyes than this harsh hospital white is. If it doesn't change I probably won't be around much.

 

jgremlin, do like I did. I turned down the contrast on my computer monitor.
Worked like a charm.

 

This needs to get fixed:

"The text that you have entered is too long (1049 characters). Please shorten it to 1000 characters long."

I routinely go through 10-k text as several times an hour traffic, & do it daily no less.

at $100,000 for a truck this makes no sense

 

any chance of getting the page view counter back on the blogs?

 

This white background kills my eyes as I usually view my PC or blackberry in the dark and it is like staring at a flashlight now... Please add the old green theme back as an option for us to use. I know it is possible being a web programmer and forum owner of a million posts myself to enable us to select the old style. Thanks.

 

I use my computer for more than just this one website. Why should I make it more difficult or even impossible to edit photos accurately simply because one website can't be bothered to make their color scheme easy to read? This is problem that originated on their end, not mine. So it should be fixed on their end, not mine.

 

I did what I suggested, it has not had any effect on my ability to read any other sites. It did just what I wanted it to. It toned down the brightness. I don't have a problem with the color scheme, or with being able to read it.

To make things better we need to HELP Admin, and the forum staff.

If your not willing to help, than don't let the door hit you on the way out.

 

Can you edit the stylesheet back to the old colors? All this white is killing my eyes.
