Well, for whatever reason, I did not have to log on again when I fired up today. If you made a change thank you. I know that it was not in my computer, because I had no problem with other sites that I'm logged into. Maybe it was gremlins????

Ya know, I'm gettin' older and more crochety...but some of the stuff I'm reading that falls under the category of criticism is just silly.

How in the world do some of us even function in the workaday world? I mean, seriously....a few of the comments in this thread are really just whining....my God, do you want the whole thing spoon-fed to ya only in the color, format, and with choice of side orders that you want?

When was it written (and where is it so written) that any website has to be made "compatible" with your other pet websites?

My God, people....get a bit of a life!

To the staff....you're doing a fine job. It's your site. Suggestions are one thing. But some of the comments are nearly insufferable.

 

Signed on for the first time this week on the laptop after I got home.

New funny looking page comes up. I have to remember the sign on and I was thinking I was misdirected.

I always knew I liked you, Pack. I've been thinking the same thing. I believe by now we've all seen the biggest complaint being the background color. I would guess by now Admin gets the idea the background color is a huge issue for some. MisterG has made a helpful suggestion to help get by for now. Most times when something is upgraded, there are some bigger things to get worked out. You start with the big stuff and worked toward the smaller stuff. Myself, the color hasn't been an issue, but for those that have a problem, give Admin some time to get a workaround for it. If anything, thanking the Admin and mods for all the work they do, and are doing to upgrade the site would seem more beneficial.

 

The margins are too big on the page templates, at least on my screens...I use Firefox...

 

That's because the theme is a fixed style. They need to install one that is not fixed.

I see nothing wrong with it. On the phone it is black and white.

Here it is white with blue.

When I hit the new post button and the search comes up the name of the thread is in very small letters but the person that started it and the date are in large letters is there anyway to change this?
