    Hey all! Started looking around the forum a while back and decided to join. I'm new to the industry and drive OTR for SWIFT out of CA, been with them since Feb of this year. Lookin forward to learning all I can from you guys and gals!

    It's a job! The pay could be a lot better, and they have me sitting more than running. I gotta start somewhere I guess. I hear a lot of people saying that it gets better after your first few months. We'll see if that's true!
