NO, it would put him starting early August as I said!!! Any time spent in school or orientation is not counted as OTR time, your employment starts AFTER passing all testing. 9.5- 10 months does not make a year!!
It boils down to the fact that those of us who are REAL drivers (or in my case, working as hard as possible to be a REAL driver) are tired of all the Prima Donnas that come to Stevens (or any other company), learn to 'hold a steering wheel', then blame the company when they can't make a go of things.

Nope I believe the facts presented, the statement you posted shows payments for 2 weeks, and NO truck payments. Therefore you distorted and cherry picked.
And as Honey says, you have been broke down so much over their at JCT, that your stories do NOT add up.

So keep lying and trying to impress, and I will point out when you are distorting the facts.

Post 2 statements in a row, that show truck payments, that ONLY cover one week, that you netted $1,000. Can have NO carry over from previous week.
The one you posted had no truck payment, and had carryover.

You keep living in that fantasy land you have created in your head, the bill collectors will get their money.

Tell the truth, and I would not say a negative word. But to you a small exaggeration is the truth, and you get upset when any of us call you or anyone else out on the lies.

As far as nascarchuck, I just pointed out Dujo was at the yard, and Dujo clarified that he was home.

And singing kumbuya? get real! we tell the truth about stevens, and all the warts, problems, concerns... something you do not understand.

Here is the original settlement that I posted. Since JCT pays a week behind, this settlement covers the week from 04/05-04/11. It was paid out on 04/18. The carryover is actually a negative $102 that covered the cost of my enforcer lock, 2 load locks, and a digital pulp thermometer. If you look at the bottom, you will see 3 rows: Prevbalfwd, physical/drugscreen, and urea (DEF.) those are deductions...not reimbursements. I can get some JCT drivers to backup my statements since you most likely don't believe me.

REAL drivers don't need a company that holds their hand at every turn. REAL drivers don't need to send in a trip plan to their dm. REAL drivers don't need their routing and fuel stops laid out in front of them. REAL drivers are trusted to do their jobs with minimal interference from their company. If you like that stuff, then good for you...different strokes for different folks. Are there people and can't cut the proverbial OTR mustard? Sure...a lot of them. There are others who leave Stevens to better themselves, their career, and their lives. That's not them being prima donas. That's them doing what they need to do. It's no skin off of your back, so leave them alone and ignore them. It's really not that difficult.

Flight, And that statement is a distortion where is the truck payment?
And the dates on the statement are 4/5 to 4/18. That covers 2 weeks.
As I said tell the truth and I will believe you. Post distortions and I will point them out.

I don't send in trip plans

I pick my own fuel stops

I go home when I choose

It is being a business man, and running my business and understanding my settlements, cash flow and profit and loss. Stevens is far from perfect. I have my disagreements with them as everyone can read. But I honor my commitments and contracts.

If you had bothered to stay around a full year, you would have discovered that the 'hand holding' diminishes!! It is there because most drivers coming to Stevens have never driven before and need the guidance until they are reasonably proficient at their job. And as Alliance, you were always free to choose your own route and fuel stops!! That is why it was a 'RECOMMENDED' route, most efficient by Stevens standards. We very rarely follow their recommendations, and they are always happy to change our Opti-stops according to the route we are going to run to give us optimum savings on our fuel. If your DM required you to continue doing trip plans after Grad Fleet, then you evidently needed the extra 'hand holdig'.

And BTW, we NEVER hear anything from anyone at Stevens when we are loading and rolling except, "Can you help us out with a repower?" If you EARN their trust, you get the respect you deserve. If you are a screw-up, you continue to be treated as such. Draw your own conclusions!!

And if you had bothered to follow the thread, my reference to Prima Donnas is in regard to those who are constantly complaining about not being put up in 'the best' hotels etc. After all, you could have gone to school at USA where they have concrete block dormatories for the students!!

I'm am done with your petty arguing. You couldn't hack it at Stevens because you weren't committed to making it work and honoring your obligations. We all attempted to help you by giving you advice based on EXPERIENCE, and you chose to ignore it because it didn't mesh with the way you wanted to do things.

Hope you enjoy your career at JCT in your 2nd hand truck!!

How's a 2012 Freightliner Cascadia a Second hand truck?? You make it sound like I'm driving some old ### truck around. Whatever...I am also finished arguing. I will go back to lurking in the background of your threads...shaking my head at your tolerance of Stevens stupidity. Just remember...for all of your time spent in defense of Steven's, you are but a replaceable number in their pool of numbers. You are a nothing to them, and they would cut you off and ruin your career without batting an eye...just like they have done to thousands of other people. But hey...ignorance is bliss...right?

    Enjoy your weekend.

Yep flight, run away again, when you can't back up your lies.

Second hand truck as another driver was already in it, abused it by your 5th wheel repairs, and you were just broke down again and went home. Real good truck they stuck you with, and JCT will throw you under the bus just as quickly.
That is why they have truck numbers with G and H on them. That is the 7 and 8 owner of that truck.

And where is that statement showing you making $1000 per week after a truck payment has been deducted?
Enjoy paying stevens back for your schooling too.

A perfect example of why I don't believe you. I am not talking bad about JCT, have no desire or facts to talk bad about them.
All trucking companies will throw a driver under the bus when it comes to protecting themselves.
