could be thermostat or fan clutch or water pump, how is it getting hot, slowly? quickly? cruzing highway? going up long grades?
Heavyd Thanks this. -
Im going up hill with fan on and temperature go slowly up.
Out side temperature is only 70'F. How can I check water pump? -
If water pump is not working the truck would get hot fast very and your lower rad. Hose would be cold after thmostat is open. What type of cat is it? There are ports on all cat motors on output side of water pump. The pressure should be about 12psi. Your thermostat not working properly could be your problem. Get your motor up to temp with thermostat open and check temp bettween uper and lower hose should be around 12 degrees.

I have new water pump, new radiator and 3 times change thermostat.Still no luck. If i go where is over 100F the fan cannot take temperature down. After climb over hill temperature going very slow down. Any idea?

Check for plugged Radiator from normal Road Debris like Bugs and crap like that have your Radiator Pressure washed out. T2's are teh WORST for plugging up with bugs and dirt in the Radiator with that lower intake they swallow alot of crap from the road and LOOK out with they do. I had a 98 T2 with Millis that every month I would wash out 2-3 Lbs of crap from the radiatior and CAC.
