I agree! I'm keeping this one to put on my prayer list so my husband doesn't GET one of these guys! (OR BECOMES ONE!!!) I'll write more later...I've got to run to WallyWorld for some breath spray, deod, wet wipes....now where is that list of NECESSITIES he's gonna need on the road!?!?!

 

Not sure why he would have any reason to lie. My buddy I went to truck driving school with was in search and rescue in the navy and he had pics to prove it. Him holding terroists heads and what not. He went with prime though. The point is, who are you to judge a person's heart and where they would or wouldn't work based on what they might have done for a living in their earlier years? This guy had a passion for driving and was extremely intelligent. He had his own truck at his house tricked out with tons of cool stuff. At his mom's house in Tennesse, she had pics of him in his navy attire. oh maybe it was photoshopped huh.

 

Posers Photoshop themselves into uniform regularly. Ever ask yourself why so many veterans claim to be "special ops", recon, scout-sniper, rangers, or some other super-secret ninja squirrel thing?

If someone tells me they were a SEAL, the first thing I do is ask them what BUDS class they were in. If they truly were a SEAL, they would understand why. SEALS absolutely hate people wandering around claiming they were SEALS. There are several websites dedicated to busting these morons. I do the same for people who tell me they were Marine Corps Snipers or Force Recon. I wasn't. I was a basic Infantry Rifleman slob in my first 8 years, then when I re-enlisted, I was a lowly pogue Civil Affairs and at the command level at III MEF. No heroics.

Why doesn't anyone tell me they were a cook or a truck driver in the Corps? I absolutely HATE posers.

This loser has been seen several times on the web. Posing at his rank in this picture, posing as an officer in the second picture (got busted for that. Was confronted at the event in the picture by a couple of former Marine Officers, I believe he was also prosecuted), and also posing in ***less chaps outside of some sort of gay bar. (Don't worry, I won't post that)




How bout this fat bloated pile of excrement? If I'm not mistaken, this bag of snacks was arrested and prosecuted for violation of the "Stolen Valor Act". Again.... notice the Trident? Are we supposed to believe that this pile of meat graduated from a BUDS class?

I didn't realize how obsessed some people must be about special forces that they would actually go to these lenghts to make people believe they served. They probably believe it themselves. That's pretty nuts. I can't remember if he ever mentioned BUDS or not, I'm sure he did. I may not have read him entirely correctly but I know that compared to the all the horror stories about trainers and people's experiences with them, this guy was a saint.

It is kind of sad, reading these threads. I am in school now and we have had recruiters from just about all of these companies come in and pitch to us. I am very thankful I have a job lined up else where, I would be the stupid one that gets dumped on.
