Anyone here in Grand Island, NE that has a printer? Got a form I need to print out.

I'm looking into joining the FRE family. Ever since my old DM at May moved over to Furniture Row, I have been tempted to come on board. After talking with a previous student of mine, getting a phone call from Don and reading the posts here, I am going to make the switch. Hopefully I can be a part of the team soon.
-
Good luck 2 you! let us know how it goes..
-
Well you will go into shock coming from May Efon. But you will like it here. I wish you luck and keep us posted on what is going on.
-
As long as Vicki is there I know I will be there. I hope to hear from Don as soon as he gets back in the office this week.
-
I know Don has no one in orientation this week so just keep bugging him until you get your answer.

I also taked to Don this week and he told me that they only had a few trucks open. he said that the petes are the only trucks that can go to california,I said no problem, i like to go there. Anyone know how fast the petes run?Do the pay for layover or detention?..
-
If you live in Dallas you will be through there a lot, One of our main running lanes is KS & Co to Houston and back to CO. They pay layover on a case by case basis, Detention is paid after 2 hours, but you got to keep on them to get it. If you have worked for a alrge company, this is going to be a lot different, they do not constantly micromanage you,And expect you to think for yourself. If you have maintainance issues you call T/A, Bridgestone and ThermoKing Direct, don't even have to call in for approvla usually, sometimes you do. They are real hardarses about you not being late.If you don't have the hours communication is the key. The trucks run 65-68 depending on the fuel mileage the previous driver had, they re-evaluate that everytime you are in MS. shop.Twisted spur Thanks this.

The Pete's run 65 on the petal and 68 on the cruise control. If you get a Pete make sure it has the reefer link installed so to keep the APU charged while you are on the road. Other then that everything that Tennessee man said is correct. If you need a service stop off to a t/a. We have a $1000.00 limit before they have to call the office. Same goes for any repairs and DOT instpections on trailers. We have a Bridgestone national account so have a flat call them. Try will send someone out to fix you. Have a breakdown with the Pete call the 800 # on your key ring and they will get you fixed. We don't have a breakdown department so you have to run that part as it you are a owner operator with someone else paying the bill. Always keep a open communication with your DM as they will help you out also. That will also allow you to do your job and them theirs easier. Sorry for the ramble a lot on my mine today. Have a safe on everyone. See you down the road.
Twisted spur Thanks this.
