All my points were accumulated before CSA.A company would not hire me because of it.But many other companies overlooked it.If fact most said my score is'nt bad.The others just looked it up and was going to hire me..Companies should look at the dates when it happen not how many points I have.I have'nt got pulled over inspected log check nothing since the CSA.I will never drive for s company with bad equipment ever again. They never keep up on anything.
Anyone planning to stay home next week?

Mine are gone now. -
lucky you.How long do they stay on your record 3 yrs?
-
Yes.
I got mine in December 2008. -
No they are not going to believe you. Because few drivers do a detailed post-trip or even a walk around pre-trip. Being a driver and carrier I look at things a little differently but when I sit and watch trucks pull out in the morning it would be amazing if 1-in-20 do even a walk around in the morning.
You want them to believe you. Do what I do. I record every single one of my pre-trip walk arounds showing all my lights working and tires in good shape.SheepDog and Working Class Patriot Thank this. -
Record as in video on your phone? -
that happens in CT every day. Right off of 91 from the Mass/CT border to the 84 interchange. On any given day, there's about 4-6 DOT cars just sitting and waiting while 2-4 more have trucks pulled over either on the shoulder or in the commuter parking lot off of exit 38

my theory has always been why try to cause yourself a problem. Kind of like if you know there are snakes in the weeds do not go in the weeds.I have always took off for the big inspection blitz because I figured there were plenty of others for those guys to torture,my stuff is as good as anyone is running and most likely better than what a lot of others have but why cause my self any grief.

Truck is tight, log is right. However, I am gonna sit this one out. Gonna work the weekend and get home early.

Yup. It is time and date stamped. Saw a guy get out of a light out and someone else on this forum talked about it.windsmith Thanks this.
