Was that SLC load 4500? .. I turned one down yesterday. Loading at the convetion center, tcall tonight in Mira Loma, then p/u a preload to El Paso.

Yup im still here. Its 0830 so im going to call the broker and see if they will be open after 1pm, when I've done a 34, why waste I have so far into a 34 just to deliver now. This way I can roll out on a fresh 70.
was offered a 1500mi 2 stop run up into Michigan yesterday and allow me to tcall this load, but only have15hrs on 70 now and nothing rolling off for 2 days.

Lathrop, at the Terminal... The bathroom situation here is odd... I only saw the one stall to make a business loan, tha teller was tied up. Waited for about 30 seconds before the 2nt one appeared on the other side of the door.

 

Here at SLC, and yes the terminal. Was trying to get into the Flying J since delivering right around the corner in the morning. Forget that idea, so came to the terminal. Not really that bad. Pity those that are comming to pu t-call trailers. Double parked all over the place towards the front. They are also painting the lounge. Picked a good weekend to paint.

I think that my wife is becomming a goofball now. All day she has been wearing my brand new Petro Mobile Delvac head, sideways on her head. Never knew that she watched some of the rap vids.

Send Mac 30, offered 3, two did not even have the weight or delivery times, so not going to accept, one was okay, 45K, then send a nice pplan, SLC to Chino for Weds morning, all of 10K, Orem, with a PU in Provo. Actually going to end up with a decent week.

 

Still stuck in cowville in a hotel now cause sitting in truck was well boring. should be headed to Texas tomorrow

 

Made it to Laredo with my beer load. (Schaffer beer is bad enough but this stuff is Schaffer Light.) It was loaded in the front 2/3 of the trailer, 40k, and with the tandems all the way up had 33k on the drives and 28k on the tandems. definitely a hobby horse ride here. Trailer inspection only took 10 minutes which was cool. I already have a few possible loads to the west coast I can verify tomorrow night after I know the shop situation with the B Service and the list. Met Zukimart here; pretty cool guy!

The ride here from SC was really pretty nice. By the time I pulled out Saturday most of the people had gotten where they were going and there was very little traffic until I got to Austin. The cops were like flys but seemed to be looking for drunk drivers; saw a lot of folks out of their cars doing the toe-heel-toe dance. Every scale house was closed. Truck stops were mostly empty except for the ones down here at exit 13; they are jammed full with bobtails everywhere.

Whelp I snagged a load going to Cali, but was able to con them in Laredo to allow a tcall in phx, needed to get nother 1000mi on the books for this week, so it worked out, im sure ill get a decent load out soon as I drop, fingers x'd. Lol
Met A21CAV down in Laredo, cool dude, didn't bring beer tho, lol joking..

Just pulled into el pisso for 40g of fuel and had a run in w/ a driver here, some mexican dude ran up on my back end wile I was backing into a slot, I lost him in my mirror and he whipped right up next to me and parked before me. Then I got out got his truck #, just incase, then he jumped o my truck and said he'd been at swift for years on end and proceeded to tell me I suck and can't back for ####. Then took pics of my truck and his. Then el paso calls me and tell me to move my truck, grrr.
I expect this crap in a truck stop, not @ our terminals.
